OFFICE, WAREHOUSE AND SERVICE FACILITY

This project combined a state-of-the-art communications sales and display office with a telecommunications warehouse and service facility. Traho designed concrete tilt-up wall panels, a steel structural frame with open web wood/metal joists, creating a 30,000 SF building responsive to the client's needs with abundant natural light, wall and ceiling cutaways for the display of the complex wiring necessary to run a communications company and comfortably housing all the diverse divisions of this expanding company. The back half of the building contains a full-function warehouse and service facility, while the front section houses luxurious sales and management offices. The soundproof conference room showcases an advanced display system for demonstrating the telephone technology that is the lifeblood of this Yakima company.
